Can't Believe It's Pumpkin Pie
¾ cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350°. Generously grease a 9 or 10 inch pie plate.
Combine and beat all ingredients until smooth -- 1 minute in a blender on
high or 2 to 3 minutes with hand mixer on high. Pour into pie plate. Bake
until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool at least one hour. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
Chocolate Silk Pie
1 cup butter (room temperature)
Pour mixture into Graham Cracker or Chocolate Crust.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Top with whipped cream before serving.
