First, microwave the chocolate chips for 2 ½ min.
Cran/Raspberry Moosseee Jello
1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
Heat cranberry juice to boiling. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. In a
separate bowl beat cranberry sauce with electric mixer on high speed for 1
minute; stir into gelatin mixture. Chill until mostly thickened, about 2 ½
hours. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into dessert dishes or
9-inch cooked pie shell (graham cracker crust can be substituted). Chill
until firm or at least 3 hours. Serves 8.
8 OZ PHILLY CREAM cheese - softened
Blend first 2 ingredients together until creamy.
Add vanilla and powered sugar and cream together. Fold in chips and form into ball. Wrap in
saran wrap and refrigerate until firm (about 5 hours). Roll in pecans. Best served with
graham crackers. (Tastes like chocolate cheesecake! Mmmmmmmm!)
The Great Pretzle
Put the Hershey kiss inside the circle pretzel on wax paper and heat in oven at a low temp for a few minutes.
Then take a M&M and smush it in the middle of the kiss. Let cool and eat.
